Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our PRIORITY and we provide warranty to the utmost possibility. All shipments would be delivered in less than a week.

The customer may please return the goods received in case of dissatisfaction with in the next 15 days along with the invoice together with original packing and items within.

Refund amount for paid orders which are cancelled or requested for return before being shipped will be credited back to your bank account in 4-6 business days.

Refund amount for paid orders which are cancelled or requested for return after being shipped will be credited back to your Lenspick wallet and cannot be refunded to your bank account.

While we ensure NO QUESTIONS ASKED, would either exchange the goods with other product along with required alteration in the value OR simply reimburse the basic cost of the item.

Non–refundable goods similar to thin lenses and coatings along with shipping cost will be charged even though the customer returns the frame/glasses. They must highlight the issue with the product for substitution or reimbursement.

Mishandling or damage other than manufacturing flaw will not be entertained.
